Our imagination can be a hindrance or it can be a help. In this video I share some ideas that can be very useful for reducing feelings of anxiety and nervousness and help to feel more confident for a big event.

The techniques in this video come from the world of talking-therapy and I have shared them with people in the past and have also practised using them for my own benefit, and have found that they can be very helpful, when used in the right context and environment and as part of a larger process towards preparation.
