Our sessions are made for you

Your wellbeing is at the heart of what we do. We work with you from the very beginning to find out who you are, and what it is you are looking for and why that is important to you. Before you commit to booking and paying for a session with us we take the time via email and video calls to understand your needs and requirements, and to share with you how we think we could be of help. We can discuss what our sessions might look like and take the time to answer any questions or address any concerns that you might have. Once the session is complete you are welcome to keep in touch with us with any follow up questions you may have, and we will do what we can to support you on your journey forwards.

Whether you are looking for something as a family, a couple or an individual. We offer extraordinary adventures in the Peak District. We bring with us our unique blend of mindfulness and coaching experience, as well as the safety and professionalism from our background as outdoor activity instructors. We run single and multi day adventures using the natural environment as well as indoor venues such as climbing walls. Activities might include climbing, hillwalking, bushcraft, mindfulness, yoga and of course coaching conversations.

Our focus is on helping you to have the best experience possible and to really find the sense of joy, excitement and awe that comes from spending time in nature. Let us know what you would like, and we can make it happen for you.

Coaching for Climbers

Tom has been providing coaching for rock climbers for many years now. He doesn’t place his focus on performance, instead he helps climbers to connect with their motivations and enjoyment of climbing. Interestingly, many climbers find that an outcome of placing their focus in this context is that they flow better on the rock, and get more climbing achieved during their sessions.

Tom is commonly contacted by climbers who are finding they have certain psychological and physiological blockages towards their enjoyment of climbing. Not all coaching sessions need to involve climbing, and sometimes online or in-person coaching conversations or attendance on a mindfulness course will be the most useful way forwards.
