We deliver corporate retreats, workshops in nature, to your workspace and wellbeing days. We create bespoke events blending safe outdoor adventurous activities alongside peaceful and reflective practices to allow your team to recharge and refocus.

Coaching and hosting: We hold the course together with the skillful use of our coaching experience. We understand when it is important to step forward and offer some information and when to step back and let the team bond together. We maintain a strong theme from start to finish, adapt when necessary and remain compassionate and inclusive towards all team members.

Rock climbing & abseiling: Our speciality is on building confidence by creating a progressive structure and introducing techniques to remain calm and focused throughout the experience. For those who really don’t want to climb, there is no pressure, and we always have an alternative so that they are still an important member of the team.

Yoga: Yoga with a team helps build a sense of community, as you move together, breathe in synchrony and Eventually relax together. Our sessions are suitable for abilities and levels of fitness.

Hillwalking & Bushcraft: Hiking and adventures into the unknown, lead to oppportunities to talk, reflect and make new discoveries together. We also are able to share skills such as natural firelighting, navigation and identification of flora and fauna to help ground the team in nature.

Mindfulness: Simple Mindfulness practices can help your team to manage stressful situations and emotions differently and stay more balanced and calm. We introduce Mindfulness meditations and practices at appropriate moments during the retreat.

Outdoor dip/swim: Being immersed in cold water has a huge number of stress relieving, mood and health boosting benefits, and yet it takes courage. Taking on a collective challenge shows a team that they can face anything together, and builds a deeper camaraderie.
