What happens when our mind wanders?

We all have an inner critic, but have you stopped long enough to be curious about it? Did you also know about your inner nurturer? Through Mindful awareness we don’t have to react to the bully and instead treat ourselves with kindness.
How well do you know your feelings? The answer could be life changing?
Once we can tune in and hear our feelings more easily it can begin to help us to understand our boundaries which is particularly helpful for preventing burnout, as well as for being able to enjoy the more gentle experiences in life.
Should we let in our difficult thoughts and feelings?
I would offer that if we can let just one little thing in at a time and treat it with kindness and offer it a seat at the table, then it is much less likely to ransack the house and it will eventually leave of its own accord.
