Yoga, Mindfulness, Coaching and healthy food.
Create your own Retreat
Turn your home into your very own retreat centre, and treat yourself to time and space, for healthy habits and peace of mind. Our retreat team will be checking in with you and running sessions for you every day.
Yoga with Emily
Each morning Emily will be on Zoom running a yoga class. Combining movement, stillness, meditation balance and breath. These sessions will focus on feeling calm and centred as well as gently warming and building the body. A perfect way to start the day. The sessions are perfect for people of all abilities.
Mindfulness and Meditation
A little later in the Morning, Tom will be running a mindfulness meditation. This is an opportunity to relax and create a sense of inner calm for yourself.
Coaching and activities
Before the Retreat begins you will receive some information on coaching, and some questions to get you considering what positive change you would like to create for yourself. If you would like, this retreat is the perfect opportunity to let go of a few things that limit you and to begin accepting a few things that can make your life even more wonderful. You will be provided with a journal with some questions to answer each day and activities for you to practice. You also have the opportunity for some 1-1 coaching with our coaching team.
Cook alongside professional chef Jake as he prepares a delicious and nourishing meal.
Meet and share with others on the retreat as in the evening we will simply share a few gratitudes and thoughts from our day.
This weekend is about leaving apps and notifications turned off, and removing all other distractions, so that we can live the life we choose on purpose.
Cost and booking
Due to the Corona Virus, all we are asking for is a minimum of £25 per person for the retreat. However if you would like to contribute more either before or after the retreat we would be most grateful, and this can be achieved by clicking on the ‘donate’ button at the very bottom of my website.
To book simply contact me on email@example.com and I will send you through further information.
In order for this retreat to run smoothly for you, you will need to be able to have access to the “Zoom” app as well as a strong and reliable internet connection to ensure the online meetings work for you.
You do not need to have access to any green space or specialist equipment, however being able to have a quiet space to yourself, and an area where you can stretch and bend for Emilys yoga session will be very beneficial
If you would like to cook some healthy meals with Jake, then you will have to be able to get to the shops or have a way of accessing the ingredients, we will do our best to get the ingredients to you as quickly as possible.
Finally we will be asking you to journal and write and draw your thoughts, so it will be very useful to have access to a note book and journaling equipment.
